Do you have a retail shop with treats I can walk in & purchase?

Yes! Our shop at 7458 Montgomery Road in Cincinnati Ohio is stocked daily with cupcakes, cake pops, store cakes, brownies, cookies & lots of other treats! We also have party supplies & other gift items.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

3 Sweet Girls Cakery books up anywhere from 1-6 weeks in advance, depending on the season. As soon as you know what you’d like, we recommend getting your order in! We don’t have a set cutoff date for items, but instead take orders until our decorators are booked for that specific date. We will take orders with less notice if we’re able but suggest placing large orders at least 1-2 months in advance to avoid disappointment.

Can someone else pickup my order for me?

Yes, they will need to know the name the order was placed under as well as what specific items you ordered. The person picking up will be responsible for signing & accepting that the order is being picked up in full, all details are correct & that they are not responsible for the order.

When can I pickup?

You can typically pickup anytime during our business hours on your pickup date, but you can specify a time when you place the order. It is your responsibility to get your order before we close. Any orders that are not picked up will be available when we open on the next business day. We made your order just for you & cannot offer a refund if it is not picked up.

Do you deliver?

Yes! You can add on delivery when checking out in our daily online shop, or give us a call to find out pricing & details for your specific location.

Our courier will deliver to the address provided. If no one is at the address to receive the order, the delivery person will call the number provided to inform them that we are there to deliver. Unless instructed otherwise, the delivery will be left at the home or business address. Because of the busy delivery schedule, we are not able to take the delivery out more than once. It is your responsibility to let the recipient know that the package will be arriving that day.

Can you put characters on my cake or cupcakes?

We are not able to create any licensed characters. We have a printer system to print edible printouts of select images to include on your desserts. We are also happy to add any toys, cake toppers or figurines that you purchase separately & provide to us at least one week prior to your pickup date!

Can you copy a photo exactly?

It is super helpful for us to see inspiration photos as to what design you are looking for & create something similar. If you have an exact color you would like us to match, it is always best to provide an in-person physical color swatch. We do our best to match colors, but they sometime vary from screen to screen & once printed.

Do you offer gluten free & vegan treats?

While we do offer items that are made using ingredients that gluten-free, vegan/egg-free, and keto-friendly/low-carb, as well as flavors that do not specifically include nuts, we DO use nuts & all of these allergens in the same baking facility. Although we are careful to avoid cross-contamination, we can never guarantee that there is no contamination of allergens in any of our products.

How do I care for my desserts before my event?

Cake must be kept refrigerated until about an hour before you or serving it or when you are ready to display it. It is best served at room temperature. Keep in mind that it is made using fresh buttercream that will melt if not properly refrigerated. Cupcakes should be enjoyed the same day or day after pickup. Most items can be frozen & them let come to room temperature before enjoying if you are saving them for more than a few days after pickup. Ask us about your specific order if you have questions!

Can I cancel an order once I have paid for it?

No order may be canceled for any reason within 2 weeks of pick up. Please be sure that you definitely want to place an order before finalizing. We are a small bakery and plan our baking production, ordering and staffing based on our orders. When we take your order in advance, we plan that time in our schedule for your order and turn away other orders based on availability. We take the full payment for your order when you place the order so that we can get you on our schedule.

Can I get a refund for my order?

We take great pride in the work we do and work hard to create designs inspired by invitations and photos provided. The more detail you provide the more exact your order will be. If you are wanting exact colors we request swatches or original copies of invitations. When you pick up you have the opportunity to look over your order and make sure everything is as desired, including name spellings. The person picking up will be responsible for signing & accepting that the complete order is being picked up, all details are correct & that they are responsible for the order & any damages once they leave. If any changes are required we should be told at time of pick up so that we can discuss and make any needed corrections or changes. Once the order is signed for we cannot make additional changes.
